NACTHPC - Patient stories. Sam Buxton Sunflower Healing Trust. It was very comforting and helped me to sleep better in the day. Very good. Helps in relaxing in any situation and avoiding stress. Do feel much better than I did before which is a start. I felt very good afterwards. I felt better than I thought I would feel. It was more beneficial than I realised. I certainly feel better for it. I am sure further sessions would be beneficial. It is impossible to give enough thanks for the care that is offered.
