Milk Payasa / Pal Payasa. 1 1 2 Cup Sugar. 1 4 tsp Cardamom Powder. Boil the milk in a medium flame. Wash the rice, add it to the boiling milk, cook under medium flame till rice is done.(Stir occasionally). Add sugar, Cardamom powder, Cashew nuts, Raisins and cook for 15-20 minutes with frequent stiring. Remove from Payasa from the stove, now the pyasa is ready to serv. You can leave a response.
