Christkindlmarkt In Salzburg (I). December 24, 2015. It is the second time I have the chance to be in this city in 2015 and I really happy that I finally visited it properly. Salzburg easily became one of my favourite cities. It has a rich history and the old city was really well preserved. I love the signs on the buildings. The Christmas market from above looked amazing. In the evening the Christmas market received a magical touch and all became more beautiful then it had already been.

December 28, 2015. I wanted to write a different entry on the blog just to show the real beauty of Salzburg apart from its Christmas market. I consider Salzburg a really pitoresque city. It is situated near the border with Germany and it is surrounded by the Alps. The baroque architecture is predominant and I think it is one of the few cities that was preserved this well. The Baroque Salzburg Cathedral was finished in the seventeenth-century. Seeing it from above made me realise how immensely it was.
