I forget who suggested doing this last night, but what started out as a simple experiment turned into a delicious morning treat that everyone loved. Red Lentil Breakfast Pudding. Makes 4 generous servings. 1 1/2 cups red lentils (preferably soaked in advance), rinsed*. 3 Tablespoons ground flax seeds (optional).
