A council tenant who claimed she was still living in her council home despite moving into a five bedroom house has been convicted of fraud. Following a three-day trial at Harrow crown court, 55-year-old Carroll Thompson was found guilty of two counts of fraud for illegally keeping hold of her two bedroom council maisonette in West Hendon.
