School Uniform, Bags and Kit. We are a Church of England School originally founded in 1856. Until 1945 we were an all age school. We now have children from, 4/5 years old to 11 years old. Our school was founded by the Church to provide education ‘according to the principles and practices of the Church of England’. We moved to our current site in 1970. School Uniform, Bags and Kit. Home Learning at St Osyth Church of England Primary. At the start of the year, children are all presented with a Home Learning book in which to keep their weekly home learning. This book is also full of useful resources which can be used to support them with the various tasks at home. If these books are lost, replacements must be purchased via the school office. Any children in KS2 who have not managed to read five times will then read at lunchtime with a member of staff.
