Martedì 25 dicembre 2007. In rickshaw ci facciamo portare alla stazione degli autobus appena dietro all'hotel, ma abbiamo gli zaini e non vogliamo affaticarci! Come ci avevano detto la corriera arriva alle 9,15 e va diretta a Belur. Circa 4 ore di strada tra campagne bucoliche, risaie, buoi, templi, villaggi. Sabato 22 dicembre 2007. La prima esplorazione nei dintorni dell'albergo (siamo comunque in centro, vicinissimi al Palazzo) serve per trovare del cibo. Alla fine torniamo al ristorante dell'albergo e ci facciamo un buon thali a 35 Rs. Con mia sorpresa (la prima, ma non l'ultima) Lorenzo sbrana praticamente tutto!
