Feeder roads in Usikujone sub-county, Adjumani district, have become impassable due to heavy rains. This is a sharp contrast with the state of roads in the neighbouring sub-counties. Residents now have to contend with walking on foot or using motorcycles in Usikujone, said Moses Ochaya, a resident. As a result, the bodaboda (motorcycle) fares have skyrocketed. July 29, 2014.
