Where are we now? Saturday, August 30, 2008. Hello, I can't believe it has been only 9 weeks since we left Fresno. The last few weeks have been very eventful. Currently we are in Ravenna, Ohio. Just outside of Cleveland. We enjoyed a baseball game at Progressive field (formerly Jacobs), the Rock and Roll museum, the sights and sounds of the Blue Angles practicing over Cleveland. Today is the first day of our blogging, so I am just getting familiar with it. As you may know, we haven't left Fresno yet, but we are getting ready to go at the end of June. Where are we now? Wednesday, July 23, 2008. I wonder if anyone ever looks at this? I haven't actually posted much, have I? We left California 4 weeks ago today. We are currently in Golden, CO. Enjoyed a Dodger game on Monday night. Went to the brewery a couple of times but mostly we have just walked, rode our bikes and relaxed. Life is good. I look at it all the time! I'm glad you were able to "see" the kids today. If we get a web cam.we might not get Isabelle off of it! July 26, 2008 at 10:09 PM.

Shaun, Suzanne, Carter and Parker. Sunday, December 28, 2008. This year Christmas Dinner was at our house. A sit down meal for 20, not an easy task but definately worth it. Everything went really well. The turkey was fabulous and the kids loved running up and down the hallway. Even Santa Claus stopped by for a visit. Friday, December 12, 2008. Our baby is growing up. I can't believe that Carter is already 3 years old! Carter has definately had his fill and Christmas is just a few weeks away.

Shaun likes to takes the boys over to the skate park by our house. Carter always has a fun time riding up and down the half pipe and the table top. I can still remember when we brought him home from the hospital and introduced him to his big brother Carter. This year has been filled with so much fun and excitement, including the zoo, the beach, Disneyland and over the Golden Gate Bridge. Parker's little smile can light up a room and his laughter can melt your heart. He has been a blessing to our family.

That takes us by baby steps (or in this case it is a huge baby step) closer to retirement. We will move into an apartment for the next 9 months and keep our fingers crossed that the cottage finally sells. Then - off we go!
