A Breast Cancer Journal. Sunday, October 30, 2011. A Time to Put Up and A Time to Shut Up. My first chemo experience was a doozy. I expected nothing less. We could do a blow by blow here, but suffice to say, when I met my oncologist for my one week checkup, I wasn't smiling. Worse, he wasn't surprised. I left his office wondering how I could ever go through this three more times. How about if I paste a Mohawk strip down the center? I could have people autograph my bald skull and save pix of it each night.
