Tuesday, November 11, 2014. Disney Magic Cruise-Day 7. Disney's private island. And easily my favorite port of call. This day was perfect and the only bummer was knowing it was our last day of the cruise. The weather was a little cloudy in the morning, but bright and sunny after that. A view off our verandah. Tuesday, August 13, 2013. When we first moved to the Bay Area, one of the first things I noticed was all the hype of swim team. I would see cars painted with "SWIM FAST! And signs on the road encouraging different teams. Each neighborhood seemed to have their own pool. My good friend Laura and I used to walk every morning and a few times a year we would see the swim meet at the park nearby and it was madness! I wondered what in the world this was about? In the middle of backstroke. She won her heat!

Monday, November 16, 2009. So Adele's vocabulary has exploded recently. My favorite thing about her talking is when she's concentrating on something, or she thinks she's being funny, she'll call Adam by his name, not Daddy. Sunday, August 30, 2009. Hanging out with Jim and Pilar. Madison's Birthday at Noah's Ark. Adele was so happy to see Madison and to wish her a Happy Birthday. She was saying, "Happy Birthday Madison" over and over again around the house for a week before the party. Then, we get to the party and she says, "Happy Birthday Violet."
