Friday, October 29, 2004. How do you handle stress? Apparently I grind my teeth till they are sore and I have an incredibly messed up neck and back. I thought I handle the stresses of life well. I thought I was a easy-going, relaxed individual but no. I must be incredibly uptight. What kind of things can Christians do to relax and get focused without going "out of their mind? Saturday, October 30, 2004. When I got a front row seat to an eclipse of the moon, (out an airplane window) made me wonder if there could be a lesson or two in it. Some thoughts:. The wonder of nature it's self- seem like if science can define. It then the wonder of nature in perfect harmony is stolen but the MIND.
