Running, Running, Running. Sunday, March 28, 2010. Enjoying the trails again! After spending several weeks with weak lungs (from the bronchitis), and having an inhaler for the first time since I was 16, I had some trepidation about today's adventure in the Chattahoochee National Forest. Running, Running, Running: Looking to Spring 2011
http://rosemary-running.blogspot.com/2011/02/looking-to-spring-2011.html
Running, Running, Running. Friday, February 25, 2011. Looking to Spring 2011. After a winter of not expecting personal events to derail my training, I have started building a base, and I am looking to the Spring for some racing. One race, which is close in proximity and has an alluring creek crossing is the Sweetwater 50k. And, of course, the trips up to Western North Carolina to gallivant with folks up there. I will add Sweetwater to the racing calendar, and I will keep looking. View my complete profile.

Running, Running, Running: Running short distances can be fun, sometimes
http://rosemary-running.blogspot.com/2010/04/running-short-distances-can-be-fun.html
Running, Running, Running. Friday, April 23, 2010. Running short distances can be fun, sometimes. After you spend your weekends in the woods for hours and hours - sometimes adding a pavement speedy 5k can be a nice change. The weather was nice- a little warm for such speedy running, but the sky was clear, and the sun was high. Not wearing a watch, I knew I had to do some internal monitoring. Wes, from the Lanier Track Club. And, I won for women overall. That is an AWESOME 5k time! May 3, 2010 at 9:14 AM.

Running, Running, Running. Monday, September 21, 2009. Rain, Rain go away. Usually, I enjoy the rain; it provides a cool relief to the Southeast's smothering heat. Yesterday, was no exception, but excess is not always welcome. But, overall it was enjoyable. We were out there for about 2 hrs (grendel needs water Breaks) and the waterfalls and rivers were rushing. Really spectacular and a rare view in these times of drought. But, I think I am ready for a little blue sky even if for 5 minutes. A week from t...
