http://boxwoodterrace.blogspot.com/2014/08/catching-up-with-nancy-fishelson.html
Catching-Up with Nancy Fishelson. Nancy Fishelson is an architectural designer whose homes have been featured in Country Living, Connecticut Cottages and Gardens and Architectural Digest. I did a post about Nancy's former Connecticut home last year. And recently spoke with Nancy about what's she currently working on and how she got her start in design. If you're familiar with Nancy, you know that she has a talent for transforming houses into beautiful homes. Before speaking with Nancy, I thought she only...

Vignettes etc: A Thank You to Joan of anything goes here
http://victorianvignettes.blogspot.com/2009/08/thank-you-to-joan-of-anything-goes-here.html
Musings from a some-time crafter about antiques, vintage finds, and road trips. Sunday, August 30, 2009. A Thank You to Joan of anything goes here. A couple of weeks ago, I was a runner-up in Joan's giveaway at anything goes here. She was giving away some of her linen collection and I was one of the lucky recipients. Look at the cute vintage bingo cards she sent along with the linen tea towel! August 31, 2009 at 10:58 AM. Oh, I am so sorry about your foot! AND what a nice collection of splatterware!

http://victorianvignettes.blogspot.com/2009/08/brunch-in-baltimore-and-more.html
Musings from a some-time crafter about antiques, vintage finds, and road trips. Sunday, August 16, 2009. Brunch in Baltimore- and more! After church this morning, we decided to take a little drive in the country, but first wound up in the Hampden (pronounced "Hamden") neighborhood of Baltimore. This area is nothing if not bohemian. Time for brunch at Cafe Hon. As delicious as the food is, the portions are huge, which means leftovers to take home! The extreme Atomic Books:. Some antiques were for sale....

simply natural: May 2009
http://simplynaturaldecor.blogspot.com/2009_05_01_archive.html
Wednesday, May 27, 2009. Well tonight's girl's night has been postponed until tomorrow. And that's fine by me - I'm tucked up on the couch, in my jim. Jams and slippers, having a little 'me time'. Bliss! So seeing I am home, I couldn't go by without a post. The theme of tonight's post is: greenery. I love how bringing a plant into the home can really lift a neutral scheme. Here's some examples I like. Images: 1 Home Handyman 2 Dar Seven. 3 Unknown 4 Nancy Fishelson. Posted by Catherine@Simply Natural.

Vignettes etc: July 2009
http://victorianvignettes.blogspot.com/2009_07_01_archive.html
Musings from a some-time crafter about antiques, vintage finds, and road trips. Wednesday, July 29, 2009. The other day my husband had a hankering for a bookcase so off we went to an estate sale. I picked up a wooden office in-box, packages of unused post-its (almost time to buy school supplies), two pads of paper, and a very tarnished silver meat fork. My total investment was about $5 in 5 minutes. Talking to Simba about the cycle of life, but then I stop feeling wistful and get on to the goods! That's ...

http://simplynaturaldecor.blogspot.com/2008_10_01_archive.html
Thursday, October 30, 2008. If there is one thing I love more than a beautiful room it is seeing a 'before' picture of it. I find it so inspiring to see a plain old room (or an eyesore in some cases) being transfored into a thing of beauty. It is making the world a better place.one room at a time. I just want to pack up and move to this charming little home. NANCY FISHELSON'S HOME IS FOR SALE! You can view more photos of Rosebush farm on Nancy's website http:/ nancyfishelson.com/. Friday, February 27, 2009. I'm a list writer from way back. Shopping lists, lists of books to read, places to go, spring cleaning jobs.the list goes on! It keeps my head in order, and provides me with a sense of achievement when I tick something off. Above is my list of 2009 house projects. And now, two months in to the year, I can finally cross off the first thing! You see, I was the dumb bunny who bought creamy white couches with 'removable covers' only to find that the. I'm curled up on one of my couc...
