My intent in this series was to show the line and form that athletes use in the sport of synchronized swimming. As this project progressed it became more than just photographs of shapes. 1555 MAURICE LANE #4. SAN JOSE, CA, 95129. Hanga, Japanese Woodblock Printing. In the early 1970 I was living in Tokyo, Japan, where I studied Woodblock printing from Toshi Yoshida. His father, Hiroshi, was a trained oil painter who traveled to America to sell his paintings. He also took a few woodblock prints with him. Wednesday, July 2, 2014. Welcome to my remarkable journey. This is a story of healing, of restoration, of hope, and of love. This is my story. It took awhile for the diagnosis to sink in because I was very healthy at age 69 with no medical issues. I was physically fit, on no medications, no allergies, never smoked, never tried drugs and drank 1 glass of wine when out for dinner. No, I did not cry or feel badly. I did not think "why me?
