The laboratory has approximately 1200 square feet of space. The following equipment is present in the laboratory:. Organic Molecular Beam Epitaxy (OMBE) system. 8226; Load lock chamber. 8226; Two electron beam guns. 8226; Low temperature molecular beam evaporation source. 8226; Four dual head quartz crystal sensors for rate monitoring. 8226; Rotating, DC biased, temperature controlled to 500° C substrate holder. 8226; 3 cm DC Kaufman ion gun. 8226; Tectra plasma source. 8226; Residual gas analyzer (RGA).
