Ushj, Dagen idag började inte alls bra. Glömde självklart min frukost och lunch idag så var tvungen att köpa tre chaklad bullar från Ica. Eller, var väl kanske inte tvungen, men det va det enda som såg gott ut. Men shit vad jag ångrade. Var så väkla mätt efter bullarna och kände mig inte bra alls! Och då tenkte jag, den skänslan måste jag komma ihåg. At man inte känner sig bättre av "tjock" mat. Då skänns det bättre att vara hungrig. Middage var lite bättre. Om man ser bort ifrån dressingen och pastan.
