AHIKO: The Ashiko were spiked claws that were worn on the feet. This helped the Ninja climb faster and more efficiently on their missions. As well as a great climbing aid, it could also be used in combat to deliver deadly kicks. Naosuke and Hansuke's Ninja Dojo. There are other sites on ninjas, but some of them are strange and just for kicks, althought they are helpful at some points. Warrior Quest is a good website, but they also show samurai training. Just in case you don't know, ninja hate samurai. They give a lot of history and background, but they don't really give you any instructions, although they do offer schools.

Getting used to this is kind of hard ar first, so you might not get it right the first time. Never move anything but your legs, you do not want to bob up and down and attract an enemy, now do you? Practice this a few times before you move on.
