Sunday, March 7, 2010. Second marathon completed; first time under 4hrs. Hard - miles 21 through finish; could no longer sustain sub-9min pace. But I persevered and finished sub 4hrs. What a great sense of satisfaction!

Since my TNT participants are all running a Half Marathon tomorrow in San Francisco, and since I'll be on the Great Highway cheering each of them on, I decided to run a Half myself today. I WILL go sub-1:45:00!
