Spunkybass Place 3.0: Minor Sidetrack: Eldar Upkeep
http://spunkybass.blogspot.com/2014/10/minor-sidetrack-eldar-upkeep.html
Wednesday, October 29, 2014. Minor Sidetrack: Eldar Upkeep. I just realized last week that I hadn't changed my Eldar list from 6th edition. In fact, I think prior to that I've only played my Eldar a couple of times in 7th ed, using my old 6th ed list, themed as my version of a Windrider war host, or at least a really fast army:. Farseer - on jetbike, with singing spear. 2 Warlocks - on jetbikes with singing spear. 10 Guardians - with starcannon. 10 Dire Avengers - with Exarch. Crimson Hunter - with Exarch.

Spunkybass Place 3.0: May 2014
http://spunkybass.blogspot.com/2014_05_01_archive.html
Tuesday, May 27, 2014. Ravenwing Land Speeder #1. This took way longer than I thought, and in the end I had to rush it through to make sure I finish it and that it doesn't end up in my burgeoning KIV pile :). I realized that this is actually the first ever Land Speeder that I've done. My previous encarnations of the Ravenwing were all exclusively bike armies, and I never got around to painting the old Master of the Ravenwing Land Speeder model before the jetbike version came out. Keep rolling them dice.

Thirty Pounces: Day 2: Angkor Wat, Angkor Thom, and the Bayon
http://thirtypounces.blogspot.com/2004/06/day-2-angkor-wat-angkor-thom-and-bayon.html
A cat in the wild makes thirty pounces a day to catch prey. Monday, June 21, 2004. Day 2: Angkor Wat, Angkor Thom, and the Bayon. Sour also, unfortunately, were the corner towers of the second enclosure of Angkor Wat. Bat piss. There's nothing like the smell of stale bat piss in a damp ruin, warmed gently by the wafting tropical winds, to take your mind off the beauty of Khmer architecture: I held my breath walking through everyone of them. At us, and then switched to. Originally uploaded by Wahj. Lunch ...

Spunkybass Place 3.0: Finally Moved In!
http://spunkybass.blogspot.com/2015/07/finally-moved-in.html
Tuesday, July 14, 2015. Seven months' delay, but we've finally moved into the new place. And after a couple of weeks of sorting out stuff from storage, I finally managed to get my models in the shelves. Well, mostly. What's on the shelves are my 40k and FOW armies, as well as wargames books and rules. What's not on the shelves yet are my 15mm Napoleonics, 15mm DBA, 20mm WW2, 28mm WW2 and BFG stuff. And some trophies, which need some repairs. I'll most likely be investing in a gaming table, and for ease o...

Thirty Pounces: How to assemble a PC
http://thirtypounces.blogspot.com/2011/10/how-to-assemble-pc.html
A cat in the wild makes thirty pounces a day to catch prey. Saturday, October 08, 2011. How to assemble a PC. No, we didn't really use the hammer. Or pliers. Or knife. But the screwdriver was used to short-circuit and start the computer when we were testing the motherboard. I spent the afternoon helping a friend put together a computer: good fun, and great catching up! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). In Memoriam Steve Jobs. I used to blog: now I Facebook. Thirty Pounces: January 2009
http://thirtypounces.blogspot.com/2009_01_01_archive.html
A cat in the wild makes thirty pounces a day to catch prey. Thursday, January 08, 2009. 4 Days to Change. One more thing: the Jakarta Post is counting down to Obama's inauguration on their front page: "4 Days to Change", stamped right across the banner title. How cool is that. Sunday, January 04, 2009. Pictures from a walk round the Padang. The Cenotaph, first in infra-red:. Then, for comparison, in visible light:. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). In Memoriam Steve Jobs. I used to blog: now I Facebook. Spunkybass Place 3.0: Eldar Truimphant!
http://spunkybass.blogspot.com/2014/12/eldar-truimphant.html
Friday, December 12, 2014. In these dark days of heavy transition, my hobby's taken a huge hit. All at the same time, I'm taking on a new job with lots of travel, moving house and trying to get the new house ready in time. Anyways, that was tons of fun. Losses were pretty heavy on both sides, as is usual with my southern games. Next, the Thousand Sons will probably make the trip. Keep them dice rolling . December 13, 2014 at 5:28 AM. Spunkybass Place 3.0: March 2014
http://spunkybass.blogspot.com/2014_03_01_archive.html
Friday, March 28, 2014. The Return of Lord Amun Seth and Lord Ka'Kaa. Last night saw the return of Lord Amun Seth, Daemon Prince of Tzeentch. Little is known of the origins of Amun Seth. Some say he was a Thousand Sons Sorcerer. Others even dare suggest that he was once a Librarian of the Dark Angels. Still others profess that he was actually a xeno-sorcerer of the Eldar. Keep rolling them dice! Sunday, March 16, 2014. That Was Some Healthy Hobbying! Last Friday's Hobby Nite was some kind of awesome....
