Update on Meg and her medical challenges. Wednesday, February 18, 2009. Well we will start off with some good news :) This past Monday my beta count was lower again! We are always battling colds as everyone of course. Talin. 8 months old now, crawling around the house as a mad man and recently found the steps so the baby gates are going up :). That's all for now. Update on Meg and her medical challenges. Wednesday, April 22, 2009. Well I am home. I was released from Butterworth on Sunday evening. I am still on meds for several days and plus new addititional meds then sent home with me. Things are going ok, still plenty tired and still need constant help with the kids. I have an apt. thursday with the oncologist and we will go from there. That's all for now. :). Praise God for ZERO! I pray you will feel better. keep resting! April 22, 2009 at 3:56 PM.

Update on Meg and her medical challenges. Friday, November 28, 2008. Thursday-Thanksgiving and a bit of wed. Well going back into the hospital is a hard emotional, lonely thing to do. I decided that there is no point in Seth staying at the hospital on my 12 hour cycle of chemo so he stayed a bit but then went home for some good sleep! So first prayer request, it is going to be very hard going back to the hospital every other week for me. The kids, they are sick esp. Talin, which is hard to deal with ...

I finished chemo the beginning of May and I am truly. Getting stronger. I feel like I am finally outta of the "chemo cloud" and can think clearly and process info better now. :). Update on Meg and her medical challenges. Thursday, March 26, 2009. Okay sorry again about the lack of updates but I have been busy. Busy by running to appointments and to the ER etc. Last week Sunday we made the trip to the ER because I wasn't feeling good and ended up getting some potassium and then being sent home. Monday I was in for my chemo and then was sent back to the ER because I needed blood and my magnesium was critically low so almost five hours later we got to go home. Where we are now is th...

Monday, January 26, 2009. Not much in the way of Blogging going on. Facebook has most of my thoughts and pictures. I can only HOPE that it will be warmer here when we return. I would be ok with 40 degree weather! Ha, Ha - I know! Kinda discouraged with myself. I twisted my arm while sledding and I think I may have done something bad - I will see the doc on Wednesday. My trainer won't let me touch weights until I have figured out what I did. Just a little discouraged! I guess I can still do the treadmill!

Brittyn gets to cuddle with a different Ellie, not Ellie the Elephant. Ellie Grace was born to Nate and Whit VanDussen, Shane's cousin. She weighed in at 9lbs. 3oz. Isabelle Grace was born to Drew and Nicki yesterday . She weighed in at 6lbs. 2 oz and 18" .short. We are going up to the hospital this afternoon to get some pictures, that I will post later.
