Thursday, August 26, 2010. From Qweenie's Kitchen: Sweet-n-Sour Chicken. 1 1/4 pounds Chicken breasts, boneless skinless ; sliced. 1 tbs Vegetable oil. To taste Salt and pepper. 1 can (8 oz) Pineapple chunks. 1 can (8 oz) Water chestnuts ; sliced. 2 medium Carrots ; sliced. 2 tbs Soy sauce. 1 cup Sweet and Sour sauce. 1 1/2 teaspoons Ground ginger. 3 Green onion ; cut into 1 inch pieces. 1 1/2 cups Snow peas. In a large skillet, saute chicken in oil for 4-5 minutes; drain. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Monday, July 20, 2009. It's no use going back to yesterday, because I was a different person then. So once again I have neglected my poor little blog. Most likely my few loyal readers have abandoned me.but maybe not! I guess we'll soon find out. In addition to the traveling and fun we've been having this summer, I've been trying to lose weight. Trying to get more and more active, which has actually been fairly easy to do since there's a lot around 'The Court' that needs to be done. Have a great week!

So my husband picked this book up for me at the library because he knew I was coming to the end of the series of John Sanford books I was reading and thought this might be of interest to me. I have to say that overall it was a pretty good book, sadly the ending was a bit more convoluted than it needed to be and I totally figured out who the killer was halfway through, though I had a harder time with the motive this person had.
