Upside down and inside out. Suddenly you are a walking cliche. the sum total of every love song penned. Today was Day 2! It was also a double up day, because it was leg day with Vanessa. I had to go a little easier on the squats and lunges today because of all of the squatting and lunging movements in my Turbofire workouts. My tush was sore going into this! I wanted to just do the Leg Day with Vanessa, but this is Day 2, we are NOT going to get lazy yet! Starting Weight: 168.7lbs. I know if you wear sock...

After my morning coffee, I went and took an epsom salt bath to try to ease the incredible soreness in my glute/hamstring area. The only bad part is that the salts we have are eucalyptus mint. Great while you're actually in the bath. But the minty aspect means when you get out, and dry off.you still feel cold! 2 big handfuls of spinach. Juice of 1 lemon.

Remember the awesome supper I mentioned last post? 1/2c rice, 1/2c seasoned ground beef, and 1c stirfried zucchini and mushrooms with dill and black pepper. I added a dash of low sodium soy sauce for some much needed salt to make it awesome-er. Today is day 8 which means that yesterday was the official end of week one. Definitely not my strongest week. A few things threw monkey wrenches in my plans. Friday was to be Fire 30, then Hot Yoga with Sarah, followed by a dip in the hot tub at Paula's parents. Saturday, we slept in till 11 (BAD! And then had to book it immediately to our lovely niece Abigail's 1st birthday party!
