Hindu mythology suggests that Rameshwaram is the place from where Lord Rama started building the bridge to Sri Lanka to save his wife from Ravana who had kidnapped her. This town in the Ramanathapuram district is famous for its Lord Shiva temple. Pamban railway Bridge opening for the ship. That was one awesome journey to be remembered for ever 🙂. July 14, 2015.
