Beaches and Flip Flops. Thursday, September 27, 2007. The Wheels on the Hay Baler go Round and Round. This hay baler is over at Cotton Hall. Everytime I go by I say to myself "Self you should blog that" so today I did . The baler for some reason really intrigues me. I like the wheels. I think this is an ancient baler which I think gives it character. I happened to see a bale of hay nearby so I took a picture of it also. Queen of Foo Foo. Tuesday, September 25, 2007. Carolina on My Mind. Friday, November 30, 2007. Hey guys, I am back! Mom let me use her card reader while I am still searching for the cord for my camera uploads! And quite frankly I forgot all about blogging until I was reminded! The Saturday after Thanksgiving, Jacob killed his first deer! He saw it, aimed, and took the shot all by himself! I am so proud, as is his daddy! You probably can't tell by the look on his face, but he is pretty excited about it too! Pretty good for the first one! Carolina on My Mind. Wednesday, July 16, 2008. Emily has been wanting a puppy for awhile now. The catch was she didn't want the puppy to grow to be as big as Harley. As luck would have it, Shane's aunt's dog which was a shihzu-pekinese had puppies. Ruby was promised to someone else, but that someone wasn't able to take her home, so.she came home with us! As they say). I had to give her to them because she didn't like the snow. Anyway, here they are: Emily and Ruby! Neither one could be happier!

Out of the country, but you can't take the country out of the girl.". Here are just a few of my chickens. I do love some chickens. LOL. Click on the picture to enlarge and you can see the chicks up close. And personal. Don't look too close you could see some dust. Wednesday, October 24, 2007. I have no clue what this little plant is. Monday, May 5, 2008. This is my climbing rose, blooming so pretty. Willie cut it down to the ground last summer and I wasn't sure it would live (he almost didn't) but it is just beautiful on my deck. This is one of our palm trees, and it is already blooming, seems kinda early to me. Another palm, look at all the blooms it has on it. Your yard always look so great! You truly have a talent!
