V hlasování soutěže jsme se umístili na 7. místě. Zrekonstruovaný statek leží v klidném prostředí na okraji městyse Zápy, 10 km od Prahy - metra Černý most - směrem. Na Brandýs nad Labem. V uzavřeném areálu se nachází netradiční stodola, která slouží k různým společenským událostem, dva domy s celkovou kapacitou 14 lůžek, krytý bazén 6 x 3 m, zastřešená pergola se zahradním nábytkem a grilem.
