NATALIA REY my notes. October 16, 2014. October 23, 2014. Usability Testing – Afternoon. Today It was the second round of Usability Testing (Checkout Process). This time, 3 new participants, no knowledge of our product, so we got GREAT RESULTS! I was the luckiest one to have to conduct it, and I couldn’t take too much notes about it but the good news were my team came over to observe the participants performing the task, in the room next door, yeah! Tones of blur in the image, because is our product).

Although I picked a so far away hotel and I had to commute a lot in the tube I found the opportunity to take the advantage of it and I took some pictures about different people on it. Not surprising to me how people were so connected in their own worlds on their phones. Some of them were reading, others texting, and a lot of spying other people lives on Facebook.
