Elephant Power… | Nat's Blog: To India and Beyond!
https://nataliegeorge.wordpress.com/2009/11/05/elephant-power
Nat's Blog: To India and Beyond! Posted by: Natalie George. November 5, 2009. On Sunday Jane and I went to the elephant training center to see the elephants. They take them to the river so they can bathe and people (tourists) can help wash them. In case you can’t tell, I like elephants a lot. This is where we went to meet the elephants. It was really quite beautiful. We got there in the early morning and it was so still. Local Man Washing in the River. Momma Leads the Way. This was the female again.

Nat's Blog: To India and Beyond! Posted by: Natalie George. December 1, 2009. Manipal and The Udupi Temple. Last week or so I went to visit my youngest Roy cousin, Anvin. I stayed with him for a couple days in Manipal, where he goes to school, before we headed to Goa. Some of Anvins friends/classmates and I at dinner. Udupi is pretty close to Manipal. I really enjoyed seeing the temple. Note: I do not have pictures of the idols. No photos allowed in the temple. Fair enough. I met the Temple Elephant.

Nat's Blog: To India and Beyond!
Nat's Blog: To India and Beyond! Posted by: Natalie George. December 3, 2009. I took some pictures of the child peddlers on the beach in Goa. They broke my heart. Sisters, I think. These two came by often. They were selling peanuts. I think they are sisters. The younger one always seemed to get bored and would play in the sand with her feet, drawing pictures or something. Her sister would come and get her and keep her on task. Another little girl always selling peanuts. Posted by: Natalie George. HmmR...

Sunday, January 13, 2008. I am sitting in a hotel in Sylacauga Alabama and thought I would sign up as well since Andrea sent me her link. I really don't have much on my mind right now exept work things (like how they are going to feed 1 ton of clay into their test sifter) but most people's eyes glaze over when I start talking about work so I won't say any more. I hope that everyone out there has a good night tonight and that everyone has someone to love. May God be with you and keep you safe and loved.
