Hello My Life: June 2008

http://natalieintokyo.blogspot.com/2008_06_01_archive.html

Natalie's time in the land of the rising sun. Thursday, June 26, 2008. Happy 3 Month Anniversary to us! In celebration, here's that photos-only post I promised =) Photos of the Tokyo Toy Show will be next post! The view from the 8th floor of the library, where I usually like to study! It's beautiful when it's not raining =). A crepe from the crepe place in the station. The insides were great, but the crepe part was kind of tasteless. A big lion statue on a building! Ansen and Kay choosing drinks. Jen and...

Natalie's time in the land of the rising sun. Thursday, January 1, 2009. Catchup Post #1 - Escape from Tokyo! Alright, it's finally Christmas break for me and I'm done totally relaxing, so I'm going to try and catch up blogging for the last month I was in Japan! It was a big flurry of excitement and adventure and finals, so there was no way I could blog at the time! So we last left off at the Tokyo Toy Show, which was pretty cool! So I took a few days off from school plus the weekend to go visit them!

Natalie's time in the land of the rising sun. Saturday, July 12, 2008. It's my pics from the Tokyo Toy Show like.three weeks ago, haha! It's a crazy looking convention center! It's a pretty big sight after all! Stroller parking lot. I found this pretty interesting =). Some examples of what you can make. This o...

Sunday, July 13, 2008. Apparently it's pretty well known, but the first time I'd heard of it was when I went with Mia and Quentin to visit the Tokyo Metropolitan Museum of Photography and the Yebisu Beer Museum at the end of June. The photography museum was pretty amazing and had the photographs from the World Press photo contest. We couldn't take pictures inside the exhibit but there were some pretty cool photos outside of it. Links to this post. Needless to say, we didn't find one, which is sometimes t...

Friday, March 28, 2008. Backtrack a bit.to the bedding situation. Note to parents: I know this is probably a story you don't want to hear, but looking back, we just laugh now! Put on T-shirt over long-sleeved shirt and zipped up my hoodie again. Tented the towel over my face so the CO2 from my exhale...So, for a...
