Expressions from the Expressway: Quotable Jackson
http://expressionsfromtheexpressway.blogspot.com/2011/08/quotable-jackson.html
Whole family in the car . . . Jackson: I LOVE cats. I think we should get a cat. Me: We can't get a cat, because I'm allergic to them. Maybe you can visit someone else's cat. LONG pause . . . Jackson: I think we should get a cat AND a new mommy. What are you looking for in a new mommy besides not allergic to cats? Jackson: She'll be green. Me: Oh, ok. Anything else? Jackson: She'll wear perfume. Me: Jackson, what do you eat when you are a squirrel? Me: What kind of nuts? I want a squirrel.

A Random Sample: Pot of Gold
http://arandomsample.blogspot.com/2010/03/pot-of-gold.html
Where law, drugs, kids and dogs come together. Monday, March 1, 2010. This beautiful rainbow filled the sky Friday afternoon. Kellyn. And Kaitlin were bursting out of their skin with excitement. First rainbow (outside of the one's they've seen on Dora) so as you can imagine.lots of squealing laughter. Talk about a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow! How about 2 adorable toe-heads instead? I couldn't help but laugh! Was on the playground. I look up to see Kellyn. Walking towards me and Kait. Our Complete...

Expressions from the Expressway: May 2010

On the Lookout for Logan. So the nursery is all complete . . . except for one vital component . . . and that would be the baby! Word on the street is that I have the comfy-est womb around and my little ones see no reason to be rushed on their arrivals. We shall see if this trend continues after delivery. Jackson seems to live a rather unhurried life. But never fear, the utero eviction notice is on its way and we will have a new baby by the end of the week! And life will never be the same! Expressions from the Expressway: Gratitude Platitudes
http://expressionsfromtheexpressway.blogspot.com/2011/11/gratitude-platitudes.html
All during the month of November, I have eagerly read other people's Thankful Notes on their Facebook pages. I wanted to participate in this viral festival but I just never could get it together. And as I learned in July, daily posting is exhausting! But there are so many things to be thankful for. So, just in time for Thanksgiving, here is my list. Sometimes it feels like it consumes entirely too much energy - planning it, shopping for it, cooking it, driving through for it, eating it, cleaning up after...

http://arandomsample.blogspot.com/2009_06_01_archive.html
Where law, drugs, kids and dogs come together. Sunday, June 21, 2009. So, you would THINK I would have learned my lesson since my Mother's Day Blog. And get my act together. Well, not so much. I'm even MORE behind now then back then. Scary! We three ladies treated Jim to a late morning sleep in (always our favorite), then a gourmet breakfast in bed (which Kaitlin ended up eating 1/2 of), and an afternoon of slip-n-slide fun! Posted by Cheryl the Hagmeister. Thursday, June 18, 2009. And we just LOOOOVE it!
