Event, I haven't been able to really do anything. running is out of the question (tried last week and got about 5 steps before the shifting of everything in my ankle scared me to death), basketball is out, soccer, and kickball- not to mention CrossFit. Nat's Weight Loss Diary. I can’t believe it! I’m into my final 5 weeks! So far I’ve lost a total of 20.5lb! A massive achievement for me, and more importantly, it’s a healthy loss. It’s not come off in massive chunks and gone back up again (other than half term week haha), but it’s coming off slowly and steadily. I’ve finally stopped calorie counting too. It just wasn’t working for me :(. Instead, I joined Slimming World online. I have never felt better! I’ve not been perfect, but then again who is?
