It makes things easy because everything normally comes in these two colors so when we buy them new things, there is no arguing or questioning as to who get’s what. It also makes things fun this time of year! Today I got them a vanilla dip donut to split while I did some errands and the sprinkles are currently, of course, red and green. Dinsdag 4 augustus 2015. Al weer ruim een hele week zijn we terug van onze vakantie in Engeland. Ik had al eerder wat van me willen laten horen, maar ik kwam er maar niet aan toe. Het was ook gelijk weer een flink drukke week. De dag nadat we terug kwamen zat ik al weer in de studio van Sanne, achter de naaimachine. Er moest nog wel het een en ander afgemaakt worden voor het Castlefest, dat afgelopen weekend weer gehouden werd bij Kasteel Keukenhof in Lisse. Ook nog even naar de muziek staan luisteren.

Zaterdag 27 juni 2015. Een roosje mijn roosje. De New Dawn bloeit eindelijk. Nadat ik al op heel veel blogs de mooiste foto's heb voorbij zien komen van bloeiende rozen, kan ik nu eindelijk ook mijn bloeiende roos laten zijn. De New Dawn. Dat is ook de enige roos die ik hier in de tuin heb staan. Het tere roze vind ik super mooi. Donderdag 9 juli 2015. Vorige week zondag hadden we een streekmarkt op onze biologische buurtmoestuin. Je weet wel, waar ik als vrijwilliger werkzaam ben. De organisatie van deze markt had ik op me genomen. Ik had in januari al contact gezocht met een aantal deelnemers en ik had een man gevonden die ons de marktkramen heeft verhuurd. Dinsdag 14 juli 2015. Van mijn moeder kreeg ik pas geleden dit parfumflesje. Zij had het van haar moeder gekregen, jaren geleden al. En haar moeder, mijn oma dus, kreeg het weer van haar moeder, mijn overgrootmoeder, toen die in 1924 overleed. Mijn oma was toen een meisje van 15 jaar. Mijn overgrootmoeder kreeg het weer van haar moeder op de dag dat zij trouwde. Dat was op 18 januari 1900. Het flesje is dus in ieder geval al 115 jaar oud. Dat vind ik heel erg mooi. Ik wens jullie een heel fijne dag,.

Dinsdag 19 mei 2015. Hout voor de kachel. Begin april belde mijn oom, Henk, mij dat hij op zijn groentetuin een vrachtje hout had liggen voor onze houtkachel, als we dat wilden hebben tenminste. Nou, daar hoefden we niet lang over na te denken, dat wilden we wel. Alleen kwam het er even niet van om het op te halen.
