Saturday, September 19, 2009. Event dress for my friend. Friday, September 18, 2009. As i mentioned before, i am working on a series of reliquaries/shrines. i just finished the first in this series and definitely need to live with it for awhile. do i want to make reliquaries or go with the idea of miniatures? KristenEmoore - paint like you eat. Thursday, February 25, 2010. One month, and the entire past 14 hours.my hands hurt. I think that I'm going to try to make two more before the semester is up. I like the way that the photo translates into embroidery and I like how the very medium gives it a different read than when the same image is painted. After looking at these I feel like I know where I want my next step to be. I need to start working bigger, exploring color more, and working from life rather than photos.
