Friday, July 31, 2015. WARNING: an absurd amount of floral pictures ahead. Poor Sawyer. He was so proud to show us that he had put his head into the arms of this statue, only to realize minutes later that he couldn't get it back out! It was a stressful 3 or 4 minutes of trying to maneuver his head back out (with tourists all around us observing our scene! Sawyer was a little traumatized by the experience, and still won't look at pictures of it 3 months later. Hopefully a lesson was learned :). Hot Chelle...

Wednesday, July 16, 2014. It's amazing how fast you fill up on little bites of chocolate! After that we went to a gruyere cheese factory. Those samples were even better than the chocolate! In my opinion- although some of our friends gave me their cheese samples because I was the only one who loved them so much.) I even bought my very own fondue set there! Saturday, August 30, 2014. The craft ladies had the girls paint these yellow bricks, and we had a devotional the first night where each girl laid their brick down going up a hill to represent the yellow brick road. At the top of the hill, they rotated through small presentations from the scarecrow, lion, and tin man. Each character tied their story into a gospel principle. It was wonderful! Thursday, March 19, 2009. I think the longer I put off blogging the harder it is to do. It's been a while but we've had a lot of fun since I last blogged. Todd had a week o. Ff school, it was so nice to have him all to myself for a week. We started the break by camping with a few friends. It was a lot of fun. It is so relaxing to sit around the fire, I could stare at a fire for hours. Todd even caught a ball (well sorta! He finished the race in great time. I'm so proud of him! Mike, Val and Emerson.
