Tuesday, January 21, 2014. Joslyn and her Bitty Baby. They couldn't be happier with this gift from Santa! We opened presents and played until about 12:30 and then went up to Nate's parents' for Christmas dinner. I love Christmas Day it is so wonderful to be with family. Opening presents from Grandma and Grandpa Catmull:. Joslyn and Ashley got 30th anniversary Cabbage Patch Dolls! I don't think he had any influence from his older brothers on that decision.NOT! Monday, April 8, 2013. Easter and then some. It is tradition, every year on the Saturday before Easter we go up to Albion to the Easter Egg Hunt. We love it because it is pretty low key, not a ton of other people and they stuff their eggs with good stuff, like Snickers, Twix, and Milky Way candy bars oh. and MONEY! Each of my kids got between $1.50 and $2.00! Hence the grocery bag, we're not fooling around with tiny Eater baskets here. ;). Oh, and wait one minute where's the 12 yr olds? Much to my dismay...

Tuesday, January 21, 2014. We were able to go see the new Disney movie Frozen over Thanksgiving break it was SO good! Joslyn loved the princesses in the movie and commented about them and their dresses, "OH she's cute! OH that dress is so cute! I really didn't think much about it, after that except for how "cute" it was and how I wouldn't mind seeing it again! Well once I knew I was totally ready for Christmas, ideas started popping into my head and pretty soon Joslyn's Frozen Birthday party was born.

Tuesday, January 21, 2014. For Christmas Eve we went out to my parents' house for hors d'oeuvres and Christmas Eve activities. The kids colored pictures of the nativity. Some didn't last very long. They opened their Christmas jammies from Grandma and Grandpa. These guys know the routine now, they would say things like, "I wonder what our pajamas will be like this year." or "I can't wait to open our pajamas from Grandma." Little stinkers. ;). Back at home we had to get our yearly pics in front of the tree.

Enjoying Life One Day at a Time. Tuesday, March 27, 2012. Cal and Court turned 5 on Sunday! They were so excited about their birthday this year and really wanted to have a birthday party. I haven't ever thrown them one - so I agreed to it. The theme of the party was sweet shoppe and I had a lot of fun getting ready for it.
