Tuesday, March 19, 2013. Spring Break in Florida. Where do I even begin? Feeding the giraffes at the Brevard Zoo - This was Luke's highlight for our whole vacation because he LOVES giraffes. Plus seeing the giraffes up this close was really cool. The Brevard Zoo was built with kids in mind. My kids love zoos anyway, but they really loved this zoo. We also got to feed the birds. Friday, June 3, 2011. My Sister's Bridal Shower! We had a great time in AZ for a week! My sisters and I threw our other sister Carrie a bridal shower, while all the boys went paint balling. We both had a blast! Here are some pics from the shower. I made 3 kinds of cupcakes: lemon cake with a fresh strawberry inside, chocolate cake with a peanut butter mousse filling, and a white cake with a raspberry filling. My niece and I made these sugar cookies on a stick and decorated them for party favors.

Thursday, March 24, 2011. These are the finished pieces that we created on our Valentines date! Coors Field - Rockies Stadium. Jon's Dad came to visit a couple of weeks ago. We had a great weekend just hanging out, going out to dinner and touring Coors Field. The Coors field is the home stadium for the Denver Rockies. Jon and his dad are big baseball fans and so this was like Disneyland to them! Jon could not take the smile off of his face! The tour was really interesting and we learned so much!

The doings of the Panthers and the fam. Thursday, June 3, 2010. Salinas High School - Graduation 2010. Salinas High School Graduation 2010. The principal got up and talked a bit about this class. This was his first year and he was talking about what a great class this was. The finest accomplishment was they put the "spirit" back into school spirit. He mentioned the infamous "S" cape -shown below. So glad to have such a good kid! The class of 2010 - 510 strong. Just some fun that was had by all.
