Sunday, February 27, 2011. After Savannah started feeling better, we ventured over to Fairhope on Saturday for the dog parade. We went to this one last year and its just so much for for kids. We all really enjoyed it and I think that will be the extent of our Mardi Gras this year. I love spending time in Fairhope and the weather was gorgeous! Afterwards we went for ice cream and cookies. We spent the day in Orange Beach at Caribe Resort yesterday celebrating Allen's 40th birthday. Savannah loves seeing her GiGi and Unk Unk as she calls them. We spent the day between the indoor and outdoor pools and enjoyed being with family and friends. Saturday, October 6, 2012. I celebrated my 30th birthday last weekend with my closest friends. We went to the spa at the grand for treatments that afternoon and then went out to dinner that night. We also spent the night at the hotel, it was the ultimate girls night out and was a blast! Ron took me to a lovely dinner the night before. It was a great weekend! Thursday, February 23, 2012. Pottery Barn Kids Copycat. I purchased the two large oars at Wal-Mart and then found the two paddles at Michael's for $6 each. Last Saturday as it rained cats and dogs outside, Grant and I embarked on operation oar. And here is the finished product! I couldn't be happier with how they turned out and with only spending around $25 for the entire project. They just "make" Grant's new room and add so much personality. Sunday, February 19, 2012. She has had a tough recovery so a lot of the time spent at home was spent at home, with her, keeping her company. Wednesday, August 22, 2012. Three Months and Pre K-3. It's hard to believe my baby boy is three months already! At three months James is:. Smiling nonstop, Starting to laugh, Sucking on his middle and ring finger all the time, sleeping for a six hour stretch at night, eating every three hours and pumping his legs and arms alot. He scoots forward when laying on his tummy. He is a sweet baby, loves to be held and is my pride and joy! I like Miss Lauren, She's my favorite teacher! Better Late than Never!

Wednesday, September 26, 2012. Four Months (Bay James). James is now four and a half months, 20 weeks today! He is growing like a weed and his little personality emerges more and more every day! He weighs 13 pounds and 13 ounces and is 26.5 inches long. He has had rice cereal twice but his pediatrician advised me to hold off on solids until he is six months.
