Thursday, November 22, 2012. We had a couple days off work so we took a little trip. Wes it trying to introduce me to California and all the fun things it has to offer. Our vacation started out in Orange County then we headed down to San Diego for my first visit to Sea World! Shamu He could really splash people! And it was cool to watch such big whales jump out of the water, but I had a hard time capturing it with my delayed camera. A splash ride to cool down. This guy (on the right) was our favorite!

Friday, November 29, 2013. My friend Danielle threw an incredible baby shower for me at my house. My friend Maren is on her third pregnancy and although she is ten weeks behind me, we have been the same size all along. For the "Guess How Big Lindsey's Belly Is" game, she measured her own belly and won! Our bellies were the exact same size! What's in the diaper? Danielle made this adorable elephant cake from scratch! Her talent never ceases to amaze me! I got so many awesome gifts! Wes and Lindsey Cardall.

Monday, September 2, 2013. My mom and sisters threw me a beautiful baby shower in Utah for my aunts and cousins. We had fruit pizza of course (my only request) and it was open-house style, which I really enjoyed because I was able to mingle and catch up with my relatives I don't get to see very often. Monday, October 22, 2012. Sequoia National Forest = The Biggest Trees You Will EVER See! We visited the giant sequoias and I was awestruck at the size of these things! You can't tell how big they are in the picutres. They are HUGE and really, really tall! Wes got a little thirsty. Even the pine cones were giant! I've never seen pine cones this big! They always split at the bottom and of course, a small slit on one of these bad boys is a massive manhole! I could live in one of these trees! Brownie Sundaes...
