August 10, 2014. What country are you working in? We are working in Mexico. NTM currently serves in Bolivia, Colombia, Greenland, Guinea, Southeast Asia, Mexico, Mozambique, Panama, Paraguay, Papua New Guinea, The Philippines, Senegal, and Thailand. Many people don't realize that there are unreached people groups in Mexico. We are excited to join the efforts. What kind of needs are in Mexico? Where do you live right now? What is your plan after that? Language will ensure we communicate much more clearly.

Our House. In The Middle Of. Mexico. July 15, 2014. We have found the house we will rent for our time in Chihuahua to learn Spanish and Mexican culture. We are working on confirming and renting this place. It's a 3 bedroom 2 story house with a carport that will fit our big truck and hopefully deter car theft! We are excited to have a potential home lined up. Here is a picture of the outside. We'll post pictures of the inside once we move in! 7/23/14, 3:47 PM. Larr; Newer Post. Older Post →.

Cheesecake In a Cast Iron Skillet. August 10, 2015. This blog is generally for our ministry updates or family updates. but I thought I'd post a recipe for fun today because it turned out really delicious! I love cheesecake, and I have tried to make it probably 3 times in my life so far. Every time it was definitely edible and tasty, but this time I think I found my go to. It held together really well and didn't crack. Yummo. Here is the recipe I used with my tweaks. Spread to the edges of the pan. 1/3 cu...

We're Here!! | The Chubb Scouts
http://chubbscouts.blogspot.com/2014/08/were-here.html
August 17, 2014. We made it to Chihuahua on the evening of the 15th. So we've been here 2 days now. So far so good! Yesterday morning we went to see our house for the first time! A missionary family on staff here that I know from years ago in the training helped us find this place. Driving through the streets is fun here because the houses are so colorful! So, first off is the front yard of our house. This is just beyond our front gate under the carport. Unfortunately we can't fit our truck in! Standing ...

That all may know. Ministry Blog of the Carlton Family Serving in Mexico. Nuestra Primera Conferencia en México! Our 1st Conference in Mexico! June 28, 2015. Upon our arrival to the hotel the first thing the kids wanted to do was jump on the beds in our room, so yes, we let them. We needed to live it up! These challenges and difficulties are very real and all missionaries need so much prayer to have the strength to keep going! How awesome it is when we can see HIS POWER so clearly evident in our weakness!

Bye Bye Baby, Hello Toddler! | The Chubb Scouts
http://chubbscouts.blogspot.com/2014/01/bye-bye-baby-hello-toddler.html
Bye Bye Baby, Hello Toddler! January 16, 2014. I'm lying here in bed listening to my soon to be 1 year old happily say 'Hi' over and over in her bed as she falls asleep. Just another word she's been practicing lately! Every day she develops some new talent it seems, or at least tries something new. Yesterday she heard her cousin Jude say something about tape and we heard her clear as a bell repeat 'TAPE'. I'm sure it was a fluke and won't be repeated! And didn't want to be too far away! We settled in and...
