Nathan and Rachel's Blog

Nathan and Rachel's Blog. Friday, July 31, 2015. Many things happened during July, and it felt like we jumped from one thing to the next. All good things of course. Before we headed over to a BBQ gathering at a friends house, we stopped by a Military Museum and looked at some of the outside displays of military equipment. BBQing with friends was great. Hannah loves playing with a few of the the older kids, which gives Nathan and I a few free moments. No complaints there. Yep I cut - a lot. I wanted to cu...

Nathan and Rachel's Blog: February 2015

http://nathannrachel.blogspot.com/2015_02_01_archive.html

Nathan and Rachel's Blog. Saturday, February 28, 2015. Our family hated February. There is only one thing we liked about it - it's over and gone! Nathan was sick off and on during February. I could tell some seasonal depression was hitting me (feeling really unmotivated to do anything). I didn't clean or keep things very organized as much as I normally do. When it's really cold all you do is stay in your jammies and under a blanket - which is pretty much exactly what I did most of the month. Yucky, bad, ...

Nathan and Rachel's Blog: June 2015

http://nathannrachel.blogspot.com/2015_06_01_archive.html

Nathan and Rachel's Blog. Tuesday, June 30, 2015. June - moves, sales, Father's Day, doctors, family, and the great outdoors. Our next door neighbors moved, and that took Hannah's playmates away. Despite the sadness of her friends leaving, she had a lot of fun running around in the truck. We have been super busy with selling LOTS of stuff around our house. It's amazing how much you hang onto throughout the years. But what is even more amazing is what some people will buy! She thinks that we sold the cat!

Nathan and Rachel's Blog: May 2015

http://nathannrachel.blogspot.com/2015_05_01_archive.html

Nathan and Rachel's Blog. Sunday, May 31, 2015. May - mysterious, money, mother's, memorials, and miscellaneous. This is weird story. It was near the beginning of the month. I went out for a couple hours to run some errands and when I came back I found a tree planted in my front yard. No joke! Someone came on OUR. Property, as well as some other neighbor's property on the street, and planted maple trees. Nobody was happy about this. N-O B-O-D-Y! They grow from 60-80 feet tall! So, we took back our dogwoo...

Nathan and Rachel's Blog: Welcome April

http://nathannrachel.blogspot.com/2015/04/welcome-april.html

Nathan and Rachel's Blog. Thursday, April 30, 2015. April was a great month, and we welcomed April into our house with open arms. We did our traditional song pool again. Here were the stats:. At the end of general conference, Nathan said to me "I'm starting to realize that you end up winning the majority of the song pools.". We had the missionaries over for a couple of the conference sessions as well. Hannah enjoyed the extra company. Hannah in her Easter dress (thanks Mom! My birthday present was a day ...

The Stoker Family: May 2013

http://brandon-stoker-family.blogspot.com/2013_05_01_archive.html

Thursday, May 30, 2013. For Memorial Day we headed up to Washington for a family reunion. It was a family reunion with all my mom's siblings and some of her cousins so there were some people there that I didn't really know very well. It was fun to meet some of my second cousins and to spend time with my Aunts and Uncles that I haven't seen in a long time. It was kind of loud when it was taking off, and as you can see Josh does not like loud noises. Melissa and Mike holding Elliot and Mason. There is some...

Friday, September 5, 2014. We are so excited we are only the short distance (13 hours) away from Enrique's family in California now. We went for a short trip for Labor Day weekend. I am so mad I forgot my good camera. All these pictures are from my phone. On our way out there. The kids were glued to the DVD player. It was a lifesaver. Sofia, Enrique, Valentina and David eating suckers. All the guys (except David). Brian, Abuelito Ruben, Armando, Armandito, Enrique and Qui Que. Bath time with the primos.

Sunday, May 9, 2010. Cameron turned two years old on May 4th! I can't believe it's been two years since he was born. I'll never forget watching him appear and holding him for the first time! What a thrill and blessing. Yesterday, Saturday, May 8th, we went to Cameron's birthday party at the Childrens Museum in Tacoma. All of his friends and family were there. So many children, so much noise! It was finger, just not mine! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Cameron, Grandma, and Grandpa. It all started in 1984!

Building Memories!: October 2010

http://fullofhappymemories.blogspot.com/2010_10_01_archive.html

Saturday, October 30, 2010. Cameron spent the night with us last night. We took him to the Three Ward Halloween Dinner and Trunck or Treat. Elizabeth brought his Mickey Mouse costume from last year from him to wear. He didn't like the darkened cultral hall but he really enjoyed the Trunk or Treating. It was like he just couldn't stop himself! Then he had black icing on his face! When we were finished we shared a cookie. While I was eating my half he took it out of my mouth and put it in his! The eulogy i...

Friday, July 6, 2012. SOME HEAT, SOME LOVE And SOME SURPRISES. Cold water does not exist in Arizona right now, you even brush your teeth in warm water. I have to say, I never thought I would think that our 90 degree weather would feel just right. Posted by Jill Walker. This is Dan crossing the finishing line.) To celebrate afterwards, we took him to Maddox for a huge portion of protein. It was a great day! Posted by Jill Walker. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Blogs I Love To Visit. Dog Kennel Quilt Guild.

This is a post-mortem photograph of my beloved snake and dear friend, Lord Damien. I took this before taking him to the crematory. Today would have been his birthday. I miss my snake baby. This is a self portrait from shortly after I first moved to Philadelphia in early 2010. I need to take more photos of myself as the devil. Thank you Mike Beer for letting me borrow this bird. Ps I added that caption to remind myself to return it. Pss And thanks to Liz for letting me “borrow” the glass. UArts Photograph...
