Mission El Salvador: May 2009
http://elsalvadorsm.blogspot.com/2009_05_01_archive.html
Wednesday, May 27, 2009. I was watching a soccer game today. In soccer, there are two different goals for the two different teams. Now, making a goal is a pretty big deal. But what happens if you score in the wrong goal? It might have still taken amazing skill, but it doesn't really achieve what you want it to, does it? But then I read a passage from. The Ministry of Healing. By Ellen G. White. On page 143, she says,. He bade them, 'Follow Me'" (emphasis mine). Friday, May 22, 2009. Tuesday, May 12, 2009.

Mission El Salvador: January 2010
http://elsalvadorsm.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
Sunday, January 17, 2010. I wasn't going to write, but. Things I love about El Salvador:. 1 The precious, innocent smile of a child, that makes you forget for a moment that the world is filled with evil. 2 The marvalous feeling of watching the sun rise over the mountains and the palm trees, while the birds and roosters chirp their morning greetings. 4 The many opportunities for star-gazing. 5 The way God's presence is so obvious in nature. 7 The way they speak English. Friday, January 1, 2010. Run, Mandy...

Mission El Salvador: Moses
http://elsalvadorsm.blogspot.com/2009/12/moses.html
Friday, December 25, 2009. Sunday, Dec 13, 2009. Hey, wanna be Moses? Not having any idea what he was talking about, I just stood dthere with one ey-brow raised, waiting for an explanation. "You be Moses and lead us slaves our of Egypt" (This particular house has been dubbed "Egypt" by the kids because of the strict discipline system and strong work ethic). I just smiled and listened to their list of supposed injuustices, but I reallyb wanted to cry out "Yes! I'll be your Moses! View my complete profile.

Mission El Salvador: April 2009
http://elsalvadorsm.blogspot.com/2009_04_01_archive.html
Monday, April 27, 2009. As any kid will tell you, field trips are always fun. So are vacations. But usually you don't mix the two. Well, we did. On Monday the director's wife called me and said, "We're going on a short vacation. Since our kids will be gone, and you will have no one to teach, would you like to come with us? Of course I accepted, and away we went on Wednesday. Five adults, 3 kids, 4 chickens, 1 car, five hour ride. I'm sure you can imagine the rest. Afterward we even got to go out on the f...

http://elsalvadorsm.blogspot.com/2009_07_01_archive.html
Sunday, July 26, 2009. Http:/ www.biblegateway.com/passage/? Sunday, July 19, 2009. God still works miracles. We pray every day for the safety of our kids and employees as they go to work on roofs, with machinery, with big machetes, etc. If it weren´t for God´s continual protection, I´m sure there would have been a lot more accidents. Praise God for His physical protection. Monday, July 13, 2009. Ok, so I know it´s been a while since I posted. A quick update. I´m in El Salvador, yay! I miss you all!

Sunday, October 18, 2009. Sunday, October 4, 2009. Santa Cena, holy supper, communion, the Lord's supper - it's the time when we wash each other's feet and eat the unleavened bread and drink the grape juice in rememberance of what Jesus did for us. Mission El Salvador: March 2011
http://elsalvadorsm.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html
Sunday, March 6, 2011. But it's time to move on. But move on to where? Where is my next mission taking me? What plan does God have for me? How can I be a part of the mission? The pastor made it clear to me in a way I hadn't exactly heard before. The mission is to make disciples. That is why we exist. That is why you exist, and why I exist. It's a revolution to change the world! Has not changed. Will you join me in being a part of the biggest Revolution that has ever shaken the planet?

http://elsalvadorsm.blogspot.com/2009/11/wedding-on-soccer-field.html
Sunday, November 22, 2009. Wedding on the Soccer Field. Love is in the air! A random thought - have you ever considered what it would be like to be eighteen years old and meet your father for the first time? That sounds like a beautiful wedding. Hard to imagine meeting immediate family for the first time at 18. Glad it went well for him. Hope you are doing well, Mandy. Praying for you! November 22, 2009 at 9:48 PM. Mission El Salvador: June 2009
http://elsalvadorsm.blogspot.com/2009_06_01_archive.html
Thursday, June 25, 2009. Mission Work in America. I'm sure you've heard it before. People refering to "home missions", meaning that you are a missionary wherever you live. I guess I always knew there was a lot of need here in the states, but I never really came face to face with it. But being out of the country has really given me a new lens to look through. The lady at church who always takes time to send a card of encouragement when it's needed. Those that feed the poor. Tuesday, June 9, 2009. And if a...
