Wednesday, January 18, 2012. Just before Christmas break, the kids promoted in Karate. Katie to high purple and Tommy to blue. They both still enjoy it and are doing really well. Wednesday, January 11, 2012. We had a nice quiet Christmas at home. I missed our families but I enjoyed the laziness I mean togetherness. Mike spoiled me! My favorite was my new camera. Some of these pics are with the old one, some with the new. See if you can tell. He is awesome! I think Gooshy won this round of Pop the Pig.

Friday, December 3, 2010. I am going to start catching up on this poor little blog of mine. At noon we headed up to the terminal. Imagine if you will me pushing Gavin's stroller and pushing one of those trolley carts that you have to hold the handle down just so it will move. The trolley was loaded down with two suitcases, Jackson's car seat, Gavin's car seat base, and my carry on. YIKES! On the bus headed to the plane. Do you think he is excited? In our seat. Ready to go! Oh how he LOVED those ear plugs!

Saturday, December 11, 2010. What I have learned. Check out the amazing photos over at Click It Up A Notch this week! ISO 100, SS 400, f 2.2. His eyes are so sharp and clear! I love the light in this photo! Looks like you will be doing lots of photo shoots in your garage. December 11, 2010 at 9:02 PM. Whenever I shoot at 2.2 I can never get an entire half body shot in focus like that! Usually its just most of his face. Any pointers? December 12, 2010 at 12:18 AM. Love your storage room for props!

Sunday, November 21, 2010. This week I learned that I am going to LOVE my new photography class that I am taking over at Clickinmoms. I am so excited! I decided to try and get both the boys in the photo for an outdoors shot. This one was taken after Courtney so graciously came out to take our family Christmas picture. Thursday, May 15, 2014. Katie's music teacher put together a program for grades 2-5 and we went and watched it last night. I was very impressed. Her teacher is a creative and fun lady who truly appreciates Katie's artistic talents. I just think it's amazing she pulled so many kids from different grades together to put this show on! Katie tried out for a solo part a few weeks ago. She was thrilled when she got it. She is so brave. My kids are fearless and they have taught me so much. I was like, what?

Tuesday, September 17, 2013. Birthdays and Family visits and Baptisms! These are the elders who taught Tommy the Gospel and prepared him to be baptized. We loved having them in our home. Here is Tommy on Baptism day. Then my mom and sister and nephews came and we took Katie out to dinner at Outback for her birthday. Party of 9- the waiter was so nice and didn't seem to mind the chaos we bring. The next day was Katie's turn to be baptized. On a walk with Daddy. Grandma looks so lovely. I was like, what?
