In the event of an equine claim immediate notice of the occurrence is required per the Equine Mortality Policy. In case of death of the insured horse you must arrange for a licensed veterinarian to conduct a necropsy at your expense. Please see Part III, Condition #7 of your policy. You must speak directly with an NEAI adjuster to obtain permission and approval prior to any surgical procedure and/or euthanasia. You may file a claim for a non-life threatening condition by completing this form.
