The National Scholarship Fund was founded in 2002 by a few Colorado high school teachers who became disillusioned because many highly qualified high school graduates did not attend university strictly because of financial concerns. Thus, the National Scholarship Fund was born. Today, The National Scholarship Fund, Inc. still has the same core mission– to ‘help keep the promise’ of a university education a reality for those who are qualified.
