Abby Weyr Poems and Writings. Written 17 March 2014. I watched the second episode of Cosmos: Space Time Adventure last night. I am amazed at the continued either / or on creation and evolution issue. Why can’t it be creation and evolution? I was a science major in high school and college. I have never seen the conflict between the two ‘sides’. My faith tells me we were created in the image of our Heavenly Father. He also created plants and animals and bacteria and virus, etc. Links to this post.

Abby Weyr Poems and Writings. Trip to Forks, the last two days. Abby Weyr Forks Trip Day 18 and 19. Day 18 of trip was Saturday 21 September 2013. Most of 101 in Oregon is close to the coast and had some great views. Stopped at view points and heritage markers that provide some beautiful scenery and interesting info about the places – especially the settling of the areas. Abby Weyr Poems and Writings. Wake up folks. Being ordained will not make any difference. To the men who hold the priesthood in listening to women or in treating them equally. Women changing their ordination status will not. There are separate but equal jobs that men and women have on earth. At times it may feel like women are considered less than men, but is that really true? Or is it that the men are being protective of women? I do not believe women need to be ordained to the priesthood to be heard....
