Sun Valley Indian School
Food For A Day. In 1963, Gertrude Jones founded Sun Valley Indian School as Twin Wells School. Her dream was to provide a boarding school for the Native American children that would make a difference in their lives. The opening school was on a 5-acre plot of land that has grown to be 70 acres and 32 buildings. The dream lives on in the staff and volunteers as we minister to the children God sends.
