Sioux Tribe Story and Research K.S.R. Monday, November 16, 2009. Sitting Bull: The Sioux's Bravest Fighter. Sitting Bull was known because of his fearlessness in war. Sometime, the Indian police arrested Sitting Bull as a precaution on December 15, 1890. Sitting Bull's warriors were upset and went to get Sitting Bull back. When they went to do so, Sitting Bull was killed. He was buried at Fort Yates. His ruins were moved to Mobridge, South Dakota in 1953. Posted by 5J City. Sequoias Journal: Entry 3.
