Last year was my first year walking to support the cause of Juvenile Diabetes. Many of you were very generous in helping me to raise money to walk. Last year the walk was in November, so I haven't been too concerned about posting this. However, I recently realized the walk is October 4th this year! First Day of Preschool.

Josie started preschool today. Of course she didn't make a big deal about us leaving her there, and it also seems she has made a friend already. My dad's Uncle passed away yesterday, just 15 minutes after my sister and I visited him at the hospital. He was a fixture at my parents house on our big Italian Thanksgivings every year. He would have been 94 years old later this month, and him and my Auntie Rina had been married 61 years! He was also a Crew Chief in WW2 and some fellow in Denver...

Thursday, June 17, 2010. Our baby is 2 today! Ashton is such a fun and mellow little boy. Very little bothers him and he's an observer by nature. He's a boy of few words, just like his brother was at this age. He loves to play just like his brother and by his side. He idolizes Aiden for sure. It's amazing how young that starts among siblings. Sunday, November 15, 2009. The OCD in me. Organizing makes me so happy! We had our handyman build these shelves for us in our garage this weekend. Now I'm asking myself, "Why the heck didn't we do this 2 1/2 years ago when we moved in? While cleaning things out I found 2 big tubs of maternity clothes.
