team farrow: May 2013
http://teamfarrow.blogspot.com/2013_05_01_archive.html
Monday, May 20, 2013. Welcome back to reality. Henry and I were able to spend 10 marvelous days in Utah. It was so good to be close to the mountains, see good friends, and spend copious amounts of time with family. The return home with its subsequent backlash has been rough. Henry loved the pool. LOVED IT. Hot house baby with a fever = no sleep. So, 10:30 pm rolls around and the only thing to do is toss the kid into a cold tub. There was no moment of shock, just instant relief. He was so happy, a...Someh...

team farrow: January 2015
http://teamfarrow.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html
Tuesday, January 27, 2015. Just now while working on a project for church I had the most profound paradigm shift. For the longest time I have avoided blogging as "my journal" because I found that I recorded things quite differently for an audience than I would have writing it in my personal journal. And with that I am a renewed believer and lover of blogs. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). She shall have music wherever she goes. Go Your Own Way. Go, Baby, Go! To Be A Kite.

team farrow: April 2013
http://teamfarrow.blogspot.com/2013_04_01_archive.html
Monday, April 22, 2013. One half of a year. People always say how fast they grow. This is an absolute. My little guy is 6 months old. He is in the 30th percentile for height. The 1st for weight. Life with a baby is an ever evolving process. Just when I get used to the way things are he goes and changes it up on me. He is by far my greatest adventure. He is an independent soul. Insists on putting his binky in his mouth himself. Sometimes it is upside down. He is still proud of his work. One half of a year.

Tim had one girl then four boys, John, David, Tim Jr., and Matthew. Matt just called off his wedding. No babies in the immediate future. Tim Jr. has two adopted sons from his long-time girlfriend. No Farrow babies here. The pressure was on. Enter Baby BOY Farrow. The ONE who will pass on the name. Go Your Own Way.

Friday, December 21, 2012. I had an extra 20 minutes while the baby was napping. I could (and probably should) have written some sort of update, but instead I threw this together. It is much better than my words would have been. John, Jessica, Henry and Dog. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). She shall have music wherever she goes. Go Your Own Way. Go, Baby, Go! To Be A Kite. team farrow: Fly Girl no more
http://teamfarrow.blogspot.com/2012/08/fly-girl.html
Monday, August 27, 2012. Fly Girl no more. I have been flying the "friendly skies" for two years now. These have been the fastest two years of my life. Full of the word "change". It has gone a little something like this. Full-time to part-time change. And now maternity leave/pending retirement change. With yesterday being my last day of work before maternity leave I have what you might call "mixed emotions". Change is good. Difficult, but good. Bring on the "normalcy". August 27, 2012 at 2:06 PM.

Tuesday, March 13, 2012. FOMO = Fear Of Missing Out. I have always suffered from this "condition". This is nothing new. Over the years my FOMO has gone through different phases. A social phase. A rather long traveling phase, which transformed into a nomadic-lifestyle phase. My current FOMO focuses primarily on the small things that I am missing out on by not living near my family and friends. Examples. party/wedding planning. Johnson Girls family time at the cabin. And Disney On Ice. Go Your Own Way.

Thursday, September 27, 2012. Heidi is my longest and best friend. We have known each other since we were 4 years old, so to say that we have "been through it all together" is an actual truth. Pregnancy being no exception. One of the greatest phone conversations of my life was the night that we both told each other of our "secret" pregnancies and subsequently figured out that we were due right around the same time. A few weeks later it became official that our due dates were ONE DAY apart. LOVE YOU and B...

Monday, April 30, 2012. What we've been up to. I've spent a bit of time going through my recent pictures and realized that I/we have done some decently fun things the last little while. Here is some evidence. Foggy Saturday mornings at the San Antonio Temple. Jerry, our Hibiscus tree, blooming. A day trip up to Utah to take a nap on my parent's couch and to borrow boxes (and a suitcase) full of goodies for a wedding I was planning. One such adventure involved Sir Dudley the Donkey, who tap dances. John h...
