I think I've done just about every strawberry recipe possible now after we went strawberry picking last week. 250g strawberries, hulled. 120g fresh orange juice (approx 1 orange). 125g hot water from the tap. 40g raw sugar (optional or to taste). Add water, sugar and gelatine.
